I gave this presentation 2 weeks ago at the National
Frame Builders Expo In Columbus, Ohio.

We felt that this
presentation would be of good value to present to the Code Officials
Conference.
|
|
Today we are
going to be discussing the elements of Post Frame building specification
& plans.
|
|
We will also be
touching on some design elements.
|
|
Since I am not an
Engineer I will not be discussing in depth about the designing aspects of a
Post Frame building.
|

your hand out is a newsletter article from the Delaware Licensing Council for
Professional Engineers. The article discusses about how plans have been
sealed without undergoing the benefit of being subjected to structural
analysis. I believe that this is also happening in Michigan. I encourage you
to read it at your leisure
